AstroAnand(“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website to sell energized Yantras and related Vedic remedies. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site or place an order, how we use it, and who we share it with.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — all payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, and we never see or store your full payment credentials.

• To process and deliver your order, including printing shipping labels
• To send order confirmation, payment, and delivery-related emails
• To respond to queries submitted via the Contact page
• To improve our products and website based on order and usage patterns

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

We use trusted third-party services to run this website. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

• Razorpay — processes your payment. Your card/UPI details go directly to Razorpay, governed by their own privacy policy.
• Supabase — securely hosts our order and product database.
• Google / Gmail — sends order confirmation and support emails on our behalf.
• Delivery/courier partners — receive your name, address, and phone number solely to deliver your order.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it's remembered between visits — this data stays on your device and isn't sent to our servers until you check out. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as necessary to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer protection obligations under Indian law. You may request deletion of personal data we're not legally required to retain by contacting us (see Section 7).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to us at info@astroanand.com or via our Contact page.
