By accessing this website and placing an order with AstroAnand, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before completing a purchase.

1. Products

We sell energized Yantras and related Vedic remedy products. Product images are for representation — actual packaging or minor design details may vary slightly. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Verify Your Details Before Paying

At checkout, you are shown a summary of your order — product(s), quantity, shipping address, phone number, and the amount to be paid. You must carefully review and confirm that all of these details are correct before proceeding to payment. This includes your name, complete address, city, state, and pincode, and the product variant/quantity selected.

AstroAnand is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost because of incorrect or incomplete information (address, phone number, pincode, etc.) provided by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately via our Contact page — we can correct it only if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

3. Payment Terms

• Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) are processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card/UPI credentials.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small advance delivery charge is collected online to confirm the order; the remaining balance is paid to the courier on delivery.
• An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and verified on our servers — not merely after the payment screen shows success on your device.
• If an amount is debited from your account but the order isn't confirmed on our website, please wait 2–3 business days for an automatic refund, or contact us with your transaction ID for assistance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation and delivered via India Post or a courier partner. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier/postal service or by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Cancellations & Replacements

All sales are final. Because our Yantras are individually energized for each order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, and orders are non-refundable once dispatched.

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before dispatch — once shipped, an order is locked and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the item and the original packaging.
• No financial refunds are issued for damaged or defective goods under any circumstances — once our team verifies the issue, we exclusively provide a strict one-to-one replacement of the exact same product, at no extra cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

AstroAnand provides Yantras and related items as devotional and Vastu remedy products based on traditional Vedic practice. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which apply regardless of anything stated above.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by AstroAnand and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
